Ordering Questions:

How much notice do I need to give?
As much notice as possible will help us guarantee we can fulfill your order!

For standard orders, if you order by 12pm we can have it ready to ship the next day. If you are ordering large quantities, additional time will be required and depends on product and volume. 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
To cancel your order please send us an email to info@cottagecookiedelivery.ca with your order number! Cancelations can be accommodated as long as they're not within 48 hours of your selected delivery date.

Changes to your order can be accommodated as long as it is not within 48 hours of your selected delivery date. Send us an email to info@cottagecookiedelivery.ca to make any changes to your order. 

Cookie Questions:

How long do your cookies stay fresh for?
Our cookies are baked fresh to order, and individually packaged within hours of baking. Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh!

For storage, keep covered at room temperature for up to 5 days, or for long term, store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Can I place a pick up order?
We do not offer pick up order.

We bake all cookies to order and is not open to the public.
