Delivery Info

Where do we deliver?

We offer delivery throughout Bracebridge, and surrounding areas. The following are postal codes that make up our current delivery zone.

 

If you do not see your postal code listed, please call our order desk at (705)640-0848 and we will be happy to assist! Orders are delivered between 12-8pm. We guarantee your order will arrive within that window but cannot guarantee a specific time.

P1L — Bracebridge
P1H — Huntsville
P1L — Gravenhurst
P0B — Baysville, Milford Bay, Port Carling, Port Sydney, Utterson
P0C — Bala

When do we deliver?

Local delivery is available 7 days a week. Order by 12pm and we can have it ready to ship the next day.

Monday – Sunday (12pm – 8pm)

We are currently not delivering anywhere outside of the above-mentioned areas. Please call or email if you are outside these areas.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charge is a flat rate of $12.00.  Our delivery charges are determined by the distance from our business.

Restrictions and Liabilities

Although we endeavor to deliver your product on time, we cannot be responsible for the following:

  • Weather delays

  • Delays due to power outages

  • Major traffic delays

  • Improper addressing

  • PO Boxes

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the above mentioned reasons. Your products will be delivered as the delay resolves itself. No refunds or credits will occur.

Home Deliveries

Recipient is not home
It would be very helpful that you make sure that someone is home to receive the delivery. If nobody is home, we do leave the package in as safe a place as is possible. Everyone loves a surprise, but to avoid any potential issues, we strongly suggest you let the recipient know that they will be receiving a surprise on that day.

Apartments
To increase the chances of safe delivery, it's advised to let the recipient know to expect a surprise. In the 'Write a gift message and delivery instructions if any' box, please leave the BUZZER CODE to enter the building. In the event that the recipient and/or building manager is not available to receive the delivery, Cottage Cookie Delivery will not be responsible for the package and you will not receive a refund.

 

Condos
Please check with the concierge that they will accept food items. To increase the chances of safe delivery, please also let the recipient know to expect a surprise and ask them to inform their front desk. Our courier will do their best, but sometimes the concierge will refuse to hold the package. In this event, Cottage Cookie Delivery will not be responsible for the package and you will not receive a refund.
